“Inside Ajah’s Diary is a place for women, young adults, and parents looking for a place they can vent, release, and let go.
I’m Ajah and I’m a stay at home mom who decided to randomly start a blog one day.
During the start of Covid I decided it was time for a career change, and time for a break from everything. I was working two jobs at the time and going to school, so I quit my primary job, got pregnant, and got a new place with my boyfriend at the time. I quit my second job when I was six months pregnant and got married at eight months pregnant. At the age of twenty four I was a wife and a stay at home mom. There were good times where it all seemed worth it, and bad times where I questioned everything. I Didn’t think that would be my life, and it took me a while to embrace it. I had to learn and acquire the mindset of truly believing that my current situation is not my final destination. I had to learn to be grateful for where I am, and to stop thinking about where I was, where I will be, or where I should be. Once I realized this, I was no longer scared to start those businesses that I had drafted up. I created and gained a new perspective of life that didn’t hold me back, that didn’t cause me to doubt myself, or self sabotage. I became more loving to myself and those around me, I was no longer the person that I allowed people to turn me into. I became me, myself, and I.
Inside Ajah’s Diary will be a space for women, young adults, and parents to be themselves and to not be judged or feel they have to apologize for it. I want to create a space where we continue to grow together, help each other gain, restore, and keep confidence. A space where we help hold each other accountable and remind each other to stay on track.
